How do you build a chatbot for a company website?

Can AI answer customer messages, and can it get things wrong?
Yes for familiar questions, but AI can answer wrongly. Accuracy depends on your real data and questions, so we test on real messages and then say plainly what is achievable. Which channels can be connected depends on what each one allows; we check in the 30-minute call and write it into the quote.
Can AI enter data from invoices for me?

How do you send quotes to customers automatically?
The system can send Zalo, SMS or email messages to customers. Which quote template, when it goes out and where the figures come from is agreed in the 30-minute call and written into the quote.
Can AI handle orders arriving by Zalo and email?
