What a landing page price depends on
Two quotes for a "landing page" can cover different work: one may price only the design, another the copy, the form and the domain as well. That is why two numbers cannot be compared directly. The table lists what moves the price and the question to ask any provider.
The table has no figures because every project differs. Our own price is in the next section.
| Item | Price goes up when | Ask |
|---|---|---|
| Design | The look is made to your brand instead of using a ready layout. | What is custom, what is ready-made? How many revisions? |
| Content | Someone has to write the text, take photos or translate. | Who writes and photographs, and is that in the price? |
| How customers reach you | A form, booking or a link to a tool you already use. | How do customers get in touch, and where do messages go? |
| Domain name | The registrar charges its own registration fee, usually renewed yearly. | Whose name is the domain in, and does the quote include the registration fee? |
| Hosting | Hosting renews on a cycle, and the price from year 2 can differ from year 1. | Is year 1 included, and how is year 2 quoted? |
| Maintenance | You need text changes, new sections or a new look after launch. | How long are fixes free, and how is extra work priced? |
| Deadline | It must be done fast or by a fixed date. | Is the delivery date written in the quote? |
What our landing page from $150 includes
We publish the price so you know what to budget. See the landing page design page and the working demos. The price covers:
- A short page: what you sell or do, where you are, how to reach you.
- It runs on your own domain name (you pay the registration fee to the registrar separately).
- It looks great on both phones and computers.
- Customers reach you right away.
- 30 days of free bug fixes after launch.
- Code, documents and accounts in your name.
The price is fixed in writing and sent within 2 working days. You see it running every Friday, and you see it running before you pay.
What is not in a landing page price
Some costs sit outside the price of the page but you will still meet them. Ask about each one up front so nothing surprises you. For third-party fees, check the current price on the provider's own site.
| Item | Who you pay, when | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Domain registration fee | The domain registrar, usually renewed yearly. | The domain is in your name. We guide the registration and connect the page to it. |
| Hosting from year 2 | The hosting provider, renewed yearly. | We quote it before renewal. |
| Writing the content | A copywriter or translator. | Not in our package price. |
| Product photos | A photographer. | Not in our package price. |
| Payment gateway contracts | The gateway or the bank. | A landing page lets customers contact you; it does not take payments. To sell or take bookings on the web, see the Web App Bundle. |
| Running ads | The ad platform and whoever runs the ads. | Not in our package price. |
| New features after launch | Us. | $100 each, about 2 working days. Larger work is quoted separately. |
Build it yourself with a tool, or have it built for you
Both work. The questions below help you choose without comparing any provider's price. We do not quote prices for page-builder tools because they change by provider: check their official pricing pages.
- Do you have time to build the page, write the text and pick the images yourself?
- Does the page run on your own domain, or on the tool's domain?
- If you stop using the tool, can you take the page with you?
- Is the tool fee monthly or yearly, and does it rise after year 1?
- Who fixes it when the page breaks or does not turn out right?
- Whose name are the code and accounts in?
With us: you tell us what you need, we build it, and hand over the code, documents and accounts in your name.
How to compare two landing page quotes
Two quotes rarely price the same thing. Work through these steps in order.
- Put both quotes on one list: number of sections, form, images, text. The cheaper quote is often missing something the other has.
- Strike out what each one prices separately: domain, hosting, copy, photos.
- Compare year 1 and year 2, not just the handover day. Hosting and domain renew yearly.
- Ask who holds the domain, the code and the admin accounts. If it is not you, changing provider later gets hard.
- Ask how many revisions you get and how long fixes are free after launch.
- See it running, or a demo, before you pay.
What to prepare before asking for a price
The clearer you are on what you need, the more exact and the quicker the quote. It does not have to be perfect: one line per item is enough to open the free 30-minute call. See also what a website costs.
- What the page is for: introducing your shop, one service or one promotion.
- Three pages you like, and what you like in each.
- Whether you already have text and photos, or they still need writing and shooting.
- How customers should reach you: phone, Zalo, email or messages.
- Whether you already own a domain, and in whose name.
- The date you want the page live.
