Frequently asked questions
Does the bundle include a domain, hosting and email?
It includes a landing page, hosting and SSL for year one, plus business email on your domain with no monthly fee. From year 2, hosting is renewed yearly and we quote it before renewal. Domain registration is spelled out in the quote.
How long does it take?
About 1 week. The exact delivery date is in the quote, sent within 2 working days. You see it running every Friday, and if you are not happy yet, we keep revising.
Can I have both an online store and booking?
The bundle covers one app of your choice: online store, booking or management. If you need more than one app, several staff logins or stock management, see the Custom System, from $400.
What if I want changes after launch?
Bugs are fixed free for 30 days. New features take about 2 days each and cost $100 each; larger ones are quoted separately. Monthly care (bug fixes, security updates, hosting checks) is quoted on request, and you can stop any month.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. At handover the code, documents and accounts are in your name.
How do I pay, and can the price grow?
The price is a fixed $200 for the scope written in the quote, paid by bank transfer, crypto, Wise or similar. You see it running before you pay. A contract with an online payment gateway is not part of the bundle; you sign it directly with the provider.
