Frequently asked questions
What does connecting to my existing software mean, and can you connect mine?
It means orders, stock and customers match between the new system and the software you already use, so nothing is typed twice. Whether it can be connected, and how, depends on what that software allows. We check on the 30-minute call, tell you straight, and put the result in the quote.
Why is the price "from $400" and not fixed like the bundle?
Every system differs: how many account levels, how big the stock is, which software it links to. After the 30-minute call we send a written quote within 2 working days. The price in the quote is final, with no surprises. The fixed $200 package for a small shop is the Web App Bundle.
How long does a custom system take?
It depends on the system, and the delivery date is written in the quote. We do not promise a generic number before we hear what you need. You see it running every Friday, and we keep revising until you are happy.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. At handover the code, documents and accounts are in your name. We also sign an NDA: send yours before the call, or we send a template.
What happens after handover?
Bugs are fixed free for 30 days. New features take about 2 days each and cost $100 each; larger ones are quoted separately. Monthly care (bug fixes, security updates, hosting checks) is quoted on request, and you can stop any month.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, crypto, Wise or similar. The method and schedule are set per project, in the quote. You see it running before you pay.
