Frequently asked questions
Can I get an affordable business website, and what is the cheapest?
Yes, if you keep the scope small. The smallest thing we build is a one-page site; its public price is in the Price section of this page and on the
landing page. From a multi-section site upwards the price follows pages and features: see a range in the
price calculator.
Can I get a website for about 2 million dong?
We do not promise what a given budget buys, because price depends on pages and features. What is certain: a one-page site is the smallest option (its price is in the Price section). Enter your needs in the
price calculator to see your own range before deciding.
I have 3 to 5 million dong. What should I do first?
Keep the scope small: your own domain, one page that looks good on phones, a way for customers to call or message. Postpone: online selling, customer accounts, several languages, links to other software. We do not promise this is enough for your site; check the
price calculator.
Can a budget under 10 million dong give a professional website?
Professional here means clear, good on phones, domain and code in your name, and a written quote. What fits the budget depends on pages and features, and we do not promise it in advance. See the
live demos (demos, not client projects) and the
price calculator.
What makes a website quote cheaper or dearer?
Cheaper: few pages, introduction only, content and photos ready, a ready-made layout, no rush. Dearer: selling or booking, customer accounts or several staff levels, links to software you already use, several languages, a custom design, a tight deadline. Details:
what a website costs.
What is in the price and what costs extra?
In the landing page price: your own domain name set up (you pay the registration fee to the registrar), looks great on phones, 30 days of free fixes, code and accounts in your name. Not included: content writing, product photos, payment gateway contracts, ads.
Is there a monthly fee for a website?
It depends on the package. The
Web App Bundle has business email with no monthly fee, plus hosting and SSL for year one; from year two we quote before renewal. Domain renewal is paid to the registrar. Monthly care is optional, quoted on request, cancel anytime. For any yearly or monthly cost, ask and have it written in the quote.
What does an all-inclusive website package contain?
It depends on the package.
Landing page: as in "what is in the price" above.
Web App Bundle: one app of your choice (online store, booking or management), a landing page, business email on your domain with no monthly fee, hosting and SSL for year one, delivered in about 1 week. Maintenance is not included.
How do I avoid the traps of a cheap website?
Ask six things and get the answers in writing: which exact features are in the price; what is charged separately (domain, hosting, email, content, ads); who owns the domain, code and accounts; the cost from year two; whether you see the working version before paying; how long fixes are free and what counts as a new feature. We answer all six in the quote.
What do you not do in a low-budget package?
We do not promise "cheapest", we do not run ads, write content or shoot product photos, payment gateway contracts are not part of the package, and anything outside the quote is quoted separately before we start.
What is the next step?
Step 1: the
price calculator gives a range in 1 minute, no email. Step 2: a free 30-minute call. Step 3: a written quote within 2 working days; you see the working version before you pay. In Ho Chi Minh City: see
websites in Ho Chi Minh City.
