Frequently asked questions
How much is a spa website with online booking?
The Web App Bundle is $200, fixed price, delivered in about 1 week: one booking app plus a landing page, hosting and SSL for year one. If you only need a page so people can find and call you, the Landing page starts at $150. What drives the price is covered in website cost explained.
Can each staff member see their own schedule?
The Web App Bundle has one booking app for the business. A login and schedule for each staff member needs several account levels, which belongs to the Custom System from $400. We fix the price in writing after a 30-minute call.
Do you send appointment reminders?
We can build reminders. The channel (email or message), any sender fees for messages, and which package they sit in are stated in the quote. An extra feature on the price list is $100 each, about 2 days of work; bigger jobs are quoted separately.
Do clients have to install an app?
The Web App Bundle is a web app: clients open a link on their phone to book, with nothing to install. If you want your own app for iPhone and Android, see mobile apps, from $320.
Can a clinic keep patient records in it?
What we describe here is booking: a name, a phone number, a service and a time. Medical records and health data are a different matter; we cover them in the 30-minute call, and we sign an NDA if you want one.
What do I pay after the first year?
Hosting from year two is renewed yearly, and we quote it before renewal. Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch; monthly care is optional, and you can stop any month.
