Frequently asked questions
Does the bundle include a domain, hosting and email?
It includes a landing page, hosting and SSL for year one, plus business email on your domain with no monthly fee. From year 2, hosting is renewed yearly and we quote it before renewal. You register the domain yourself, in your name, and pay the registrar: that fee is not in the package price.
How long does it take?
About 1 week. The exact delivery date is in the quote, sent within 2 working days. You see it running every Friday, and if you are not happy yet, we keep revising.
Can I have both an online store and booking?
The bundle covers one app of your choice: online store, booking or management. If you need more than one app, several staff logins or stock management, see the Custom System.
What if I want changes after launch?
Bugs are fixed free for 30 days. New features take about 2 days each and are priced in the price calculator; larger ones are quoted separately. Monthly care (bug fixes, security updates, hosting checks) is quoted on request, and you can stop any month.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. At handover the code, documents and accounts are in your name.
How do I pay, and can the price grow?
The price calculator gives you a range. The written quote after the call states the price for the scope written in it. Pay by bank transfer, crypto, Wise or similar. You see it running before you pay. A contract with an online payment gateway is not part of the bundle; you sign it directly with the provider.
What does the all-in-one bundle include?
One app of your choice (online store, booking or management), a landing page, business email on your domain with no monthly fee, hosting and SSL for year one, delivery in about 1 week, 30 days of free bug fixes, and code and accounts in your name. Not included: the domain registration fee, writing, photos, a payment gateway contract and ads. Monthly care is optional and quoted on request.

Can you build a booking system for my customers?

I want customers to book and pay online. Do I need a website or an app?
Usually a website that works well on phones first. Build an app only when customers need to come back often, need notifications or use device features; see mobile apps and what a mobile app costs. A contract with an online payment gateway is not part of our packages; you sign it directly with the provider.
I still keep notebooks and Excel. Can I move to software?
